The Kidzpositive Team

Recently Kidzpositive employees were asked to fill out information about themselves, their job titles, their roles, and their perceived value of NGOS such as Kidzpositive in working in the HIV/AIDS sector. It proved enlightening. It was an interesting exercise in focusing in on the human element of employee’s jobs and roles within the organization. Our team consists of individuals with different skill sets; different organizational roles; different levels of qualifications all working towards a common goal of quality and consistent healthcare for HIV positive children.

Our team consists of a group of dedicated clinicians, a pharmacist and pharmacy assistant, occupational and speech therapist, administrative staff, a data team, bead work co-ordinator and floor managers, project manager, counselor(s), nurse(s), financial administrator, expert patients and an office manager. Kidzpositive is extremely lucky to have a number of dedicated volunteers who provide medical services as well as project support. Their extra hands and brain power are vital in providing a service and in contributing to the work that we do.

There are a range of skills and qualifications with each team member providing essential elements necessary in achieving the aims and goals Kidzpositive strives for.
